A house I’ve fantasized about at different stages of my life—rooted in the bamboo forests of my hometown, yet entirely imagined. I continually search for what drives my exploration of space. Each radically different starting point constructs my world. My works are like circles on a map, marking my place, my city, my spiritual home—impenetrable and private.

This reminds me of human history: how we claim, expand, and abandon spaces. Cities flourish, then empty; we move, never truly owning anything. Yet some spaces, shaped by our habits and emotions, persist beyond memory—they exist in the three-dimensional world I weave.

In reality, we are told to strive for more, conform, blur ourselves into expectations. But what do we truly want? In my imagined house, free from judgment, every choice is creative. Life itself is the ultimate act of creativity. Whether a house, a chair, or just the ground beneath us, space exists to support us, proving itself again and again.
